Mr. Akinmolu Opeodu, also known as Akin HND, FCA was the former Managing Director of VT Leasing Limited, a pioneering equipment leasing company in Nigeria. Mr. Opeodu’s working experience spans audit practice, commerce, industry and finance. He was Financial Controller of Vegetable and Fruits Processing Limited. He serves as the Chairman of Kemson Concepts Ltd. and VTL Insurance Brokers Ltd. Mr. Opeodu served as the Chairman of the Board at Mutual Benefits Assurance Plc from April 1, 2014 to June 30, 2016 and served as its Vice Chairman. He serves as a Director of Integrated Autocare Limited, Omatek Ventures Plc and Multinational Technologies Ltd. He served as a Director of Mutual Benefits Assurance Plc. He served as a Director of Omegabank Plc (formerly Owena Bank (Nigeria) Plc).

Mr. Opeodu is a Chartered Accountant with over twenty five years post-qualification experience and is a Fellow of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants, United Kingdom. He is a Fellow, Chattered Association of Certified Accounts, Associate, Chatered Association of Certified Accountants, Associate, Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria. He attended the London School of Accountancy and Yaba College of Technology.

Mr. Aduli is the Founder /Chief Executive Officer of O-Mobile Business Academy. He is a certified ecommerce solution developer that has been involved in many strategic operations in the Nigerian E-Business from the take-off of initial e-Business appreciation in the country. He is an I-direct Certified VSAT System Solution Developer, and a Content Management System Analyst and Designer. He was a research consultant with Growing Businesses Foundation, an organization dedicated to designing and initiating new drives for Micro financing. He was also the Unit Head (Micro Credit) with STC Elinex Limited He worked as the coordinator for marketing as well as designing marketing strategies and suitable Smartcard systems for Micro Credit Sub Sector. Gavin Tokely is the Managing Director of Innohabitat Ltd. He has extensive expertise and experience in high volume, low cost and affordable housing projects, sustainable building materials and ultra-fast track construction systems for sustainable residential community developments in developing countries. He has completed over seventeen hundred low cost homes in remote areas of Sabah, Malaysia since 2001, relocated to London in 2007 and used the experience gain in Asia to complete the design of the Pristine Sustainable City model. Awarded and completed the conceptual plan and presentation of the 3,000 acre tourist destination city at Osolu Island, Lagos, Nigeria. Mr Tokely has since commence the world’s first chain of branded Affordable Sustainable Townships. Innohabitat has secured Development Sites within Free Trade Zones in Nigeria and Kenya. Central London Real Estate Ltd is a very strong international brand with an extensive portfolio of offplan and new-built property in addition to off-market property, development sites and hotels within London and strategic cities in the UK. This niche is extended to the most premier off-plan property in mega-projects located in capital cities worldwide.

Primarily a CSR based organisation where Innohabitat: affordable housing, ZeroCo2energy: green energy, Innorest Hotels: budget hotel and public sanitation, Innobanking: affordable financial inclusion, Innoauto: affordable reliable public transport infrastructure and buy2Lease: empowerment of single mothers in public transport. Mr Tokely is a qualified Mechanical Engineer and holds diplomas in Business Management and Marketing at Griffith University, certified Quality Assurance auditor, certified Health & Safety officer, certified Town Planner and Entrepreneur Enterprise at LSE.

TOCHUKWU KEMAKOLAM holds a Masters degree in Business Administration (Finance) from Aston Business School, Birmingham, United Kingdom. He also has a law degree from the University of Nigeria and has been called to the Nigerian Bar. He is a member of the Chartered Management Institute UK.

Mr. Kemakolam holds a certification in Strategic Management from Kensington University, USA. He participated in an exchange programme with the Groupe ESC Rouen, France. He has extensive research interests in Efficient Market Hypothesis, Pecking Order Hypothesis, Corporate Governance and the Doctrine of Locus Standi. Mr. Kemakolam has held strategic positions in FutureView at various times which have contributed to his immense experience and expertise. He was the pioneer Manager of the Abuja Branch of the Company and was also the Head of Capital Market and Head of Equities Market at different times. He has been the Company Secretary/Legal Adviser since 2002 and is also the Head, Corporate Finance.

Olanrewaju Oniyitan is the Founder/CEO of W-Holistic Business Solutions. Prior to establishing the firm, she worked in the capacity of Head, Strategy and Business Development and as a Senior Consultant, with most of her career at KPMG Professional Services under the Business Advisory Services unit and Risk Management unit. Her consulting experience covers a wide variety of businesses, associations and international development agencies of varying sizes and in various sectors. Over the years, Lanre has guest lectured at top enterprise development centres, developed numerous business plans, and written several articles on entrepreneurship, business planning, capital raising and the overall business operating environment. Lanre is also an independent consultant to ENABLE Nigeria, a Department for International Development (DFID -UK)/Adam Smith International initiative set up to strengthen Business Membership Organisations in Nigeria.

Lanre holds a First Class degree in Business Administration, is a Certified Business Development Analyst(CBDA) and an Associate Accounting Technician (AAT). She is a graduate member of CEM 15/BET 1,an entrepreneurial programme inaugurated by the Pan African University, under the auspices of the Enterprise Development Centre (EDC). She is also a Certified SMEToolkit trainer, as awarded by the International Finance Corporation (IFC), a member of the World Bank Group.

Lanre is a seasoned writer, professional speaker, trainer, consultant and an enterprise advocate. She particularly enjoys helping people start-up their businesses and also assisting early stage companies prepare for significant growth.

Stanley Muoneke holds a master’s degree in Chemical Engineering and an MBA in Business Administration; (both degrees) from the University of Benin, Nigeria. He has attended extensive leadership and management courses in Europe, US and Africa with the most recent being a certificate in Strategic Management from the Graduate School of Business Leadership, University of South Africa and Executive Education from Columbia University Business School, USA.

He brings 20+ years’ experience leading cross-functional teams, sales teams and influencing marketing across business units and countries in Information technology, Oil & Gas, Public sector and Telecoms. His broad experience spans business development, sales management and consulting; working in global multinationals like Intel Corp Sub-Sahara Africa, Hewlett Packard West Africa and Microsoft (West, East and Central Africa)

At Intel, he worked extensively with Telecommunication companies, Service Providers and Governments in West Africa to assist them introduce services such as Digital Home, Wireless Broadband, Network Infrastructure, Content/Applications and Enterprise computing solutions as well as launch country wide digital inclusion projects.

Mr Muoneke has also been involved in small business development issues, with experience developing programs sponsored by organizations like USAID, World Bank and European Business Network. He was co-project manager in the team that set up the HP Microenterprise Acceleration Program (MAP) with the Enterprise Development Services department of Pan African University, Nigeria. He also led the project team that set up the IEEE/HP digital inclusion project working with the University of Ibadan, Nigeria. He enjoys providing business advisory and consulting services to growing small businesses. He is a certified a ‘Miller Heiman’ Independent Sales Consultant and has consulted for organizations in IT and FMCG in areas like Strategic Selling, Conceptual Selling and Large Account Management process.

In the last two years, he worked extensively with local content providers, application developers and strategic partners, on innovation related projects and currently consults for Government, corporates and small businesses.

Peter has a Strong strategic analytical skills. He Always participated in ‘Think Tank’ committees to drive the future directions of organizations. Good corporate turn-around strategist, having pioneered the establishment of the Loan Workout Unit in International Merchant Bank in 1986 during my University of Lagos MBA corporate attachment programme. Thesis title: “Managing Loans of Doubtful Value in Banks in Nigeria”. Strong banking/financial services experience starting as credit officer and progressing through manager and head of leasing/special projects, to Executive Assistant to the Chairman/CEO in 1990. He was the Publicity Secretary of the Equipment Leasing Association of Nigeria in 1989, and in this role pioneered a country-wide leasing education and development programmes. With Strong academic background with two degrees in Chemical Engineering (BSc, University of Ife and Msc, University of Lagos), he has a Masters degree in Business Administration (MBA, University of Lagos), and completed the course work at 90% average and passed the qualifying exam for a Seoul National University PhD in Information Technology Policy. He have also attended several international training workshops and programmes in Oil, Gas and Petrochemicals, banking, equipment leasing, international trade development, Information Technology and eGovernment. Excellent communicator with ability to listen and share views and investment ideas with leaders, policy and decision makers, legislators, and corporate chieftains. His Global orientation; keeping abreast of international development issues with emphasis on world poverty and the unique roles of entrepreneurship, education, and information technology. A United Nations Research Fellow of the United Nations University at Macau, China, I have also acted as a consultant to United Nations Development Program (UNDP) in Nigeria,

The Commonwealth in London, and several government ministries, departments and agencies. Since returning to Nigeria in 2001 I have been the pioneer Director of Training/Consultant at the National Information Technology Development Agency (NITDA). In this role He raised and managed substantial dollar denominated International Grant Funding for NITDA’s capacity building programmes and projects. He also developed the Rural Internet Resource Centre (Telecentre) Initiative and sourced funding from UNDP for the first six zonal centres in Nigeria. As part of the technical support for a Ministerial/Presidential task force He was involved in planning the National Public Private Partnership (PPP) Framework and the implementation of several PPP initiatives in the ICT Sector; National eGovernment Strategies- NeGSt, Enterprise Technology Center-ETC and GALAXY Backbone Ltd, to mention a few. As a member of the Technical Subcommittee of the National Committee on Outsourcing,  Consumer Credit and National Identity Management, He led the team that wrote the  National Outsourcing Policy. He represented NITDA on the Bureau of Public Service Reforms ICT Tender Sub-committee and the UNDP team of Consultants that developed the Nigeria Country Assistance Strategy for 2007-2011. He is currently assisting some Ministries with South Korean PPP opportunities. As a Consultant, He helped to establish the National Communications Commission Digital Bridge Institute, Utako, Abuja, FCT and assisted the Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC) with the establishment of over 200 ICT Training Centres (Telecentres) and the design of a five level Computer Training Syllabus including Entrepreneurship.
